Notes
This is from a slightly older patch and Regnitz has been nerfed to only holding 2 relics instead of 3. Pro scouts was also nerfed since then. I've reflected these changes in the build order so it's not true to the original in the video, but the idea remains similar. The build below is a very greedy version where you only produce 1 horseman. If you're facing pressure or your opponent is guarding the relics, you'll have to produce more and possibly move more vills to wood to get an archery range or barracks.
