Notes
* The beginning villagers to straggler tree is so that they can quickly gather 50 wood so you'll have enough for a house, lumber camp, mill and mining camp.
* It's important to routinely gold with your IOs.
* If going 2TC, from the end of this BO, queue 1 to stone and move all gold and gold IO to stone. Once you have 300 stone, move stone vills to wood until 400 wood.
* If going aggression, rally vills to wood and maybe move some gold vills to wood.
* Get wheelbarrow shortly after this build ends.
