HRE build where you don't make any military in feudal and get a relatively fast castle and can constantly produce from the burgrave for quite some time with your strong food eco from pro scouts

Notes
Works very well against feudal aggression, as long as that aggression does not include knights (which can run under your TC). Hard counter to English longbow rush, should be an auto win.
