Defensive build order that allows you to get eco upgrades during pressure and quickly transition to getting a 2nd TC after holding the pressure.

Notes
If they are going all in, you may have to significantly delay the 2nd TC. It's best not to get too greedy if there's substantial pressure. The later parts of this build order are a little fluid and depend a lot on what your opponent is doing. If they're going all in you'll need to keep adding military infrastructure so you can outpace them.
